Gina! I still can't believe the amazing customer service. I called a it was my mother's 85th birthday. She made a point of making sure that I was aware that she COULD put together an arrangement, however, she could put together a much better arrangement when they had fresh flowers in. As Steamboat is IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE - I appreciated the fact that she was honest and wanted to provide the best possible arrangement. Gina offered to CALL my mother - wish her a happy birthday and let her know that there was a spectacular arrangement coming in a day or two. Couldn't be more happy with their service nor with how they handled everything.

Steamboat Floral- Gina and Molly are incredible people and so talented! They pay attention to detail and create the most beautiful arrangements. They go above and beyond expectations every time. I have gotten quite a few of arrangements from them throughout the years. Gina did my flowers for my wedding and she video called me when she got the flower shipment in so I could see them before she put the arrangements together. It was a beautiful sea of flowers! I couldn't help but cry because it was such a kind gesture that I will never forget. Very thoughtful people, and their flower selection is so beautiful. My family who helped decorate the wedding loved their company during set up, too. If I could give more stars I would.

Two days before Valentine's Day, I decided I should send some flowers to my daughter in boarding school. I am in Louisiana. I used the online ordering thing and it was so easy. I really like how they asked for notes to the floral arranger. I made a few comments about what I was hoping for and I really felt "heard". The flowers were beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They looked really fresh. Which I've got to assume is hard to do in the middle of a snowstorm two days before Valentine's Day. I was super impressed and will DEFINITELY use them again.

I used Steamboat Floral & Gifts to create a stunning Valentine's Day bouquet for my girlfriend, who works on the edge of town, and I'm happy I did. They delivered in the morning, just as they promised, and the bouquet was indeed exquisitely eye-catching. My girl was the talk of the office, not just among the women, but the men too! I bought the Designers Choice Petite bouquet with the $25 Premium upgrade for a great gal on a recent date and WOW! It was beautiful! The picture of the bouquet on the website did not even do it justice. Totally amazing beautiful work! I ordered it the day of and it was delivered to her work quickly that day. The price with also the most affordable compared to the rest of the options in Steamboat. Great work! I will definitely buy from here again. Thank you!

Walked in to Steamboat Floral in July 2025 and spoke with Gina. She was very welcoming and accepting of my requests. I gave Gina a smaller budget and free range to put together our bouquets for our October wedding. The flowers were stunning, simplen and beautiful.
